Project Description

As one of the largest private health care centers in the metro Denver area, this multi-phased renovation was completed by Interworks, LLC while adjacent areas to the work zone remained under occupancy and operation. This project delivery required close and concise coordination with facility staff to maintain constant separation between patients and workers. At the request of the facility, Interworks exercised schedule acceleration in order to deliver each phase approximately 2 weeks quicker than the original conventional schedule. The primary renovation components consisted of new heating and cooling systems, enhanced lighting, fire protection system upgrades, new paint through-out, patient room vanities and high grade institutional vinyl plank flooring.
