7476 E 29th Ave in Stapleton Denver, Colorado. Interior conversion and remodel of retail to office space in Stapleton’s Town Center. Reconfigured for offices included new kitchenette and conference room. Scope included interior framing, drywall, painting, and ceiling systems; new workspace cabinetry and countertops. Interior door hardware and glazing systems. Upgraded all electrical lighting and new mechanical and plumbing distribution.
